We are a mother and son team that is dedicated to serving people in Northern Colorado with their Real Estate needs. Both natives of Greeley, Colorado, we have watched this area of Weld and Larimer County (along with other surrounding areas) blossom into a booming community.  
 
 
I (Bonnie) previously sold Real Estate from the late 1990’s until 2007 and then returned in 2017 with my son Josh . Together with our combined diverse experience and backgrounds, our number one goal is to give the most quality of service to people who want to either buy a home or sell a home in Northern Colorado.   Not only that, but we also want to be a continuous educational resource for all of our past, current and future clients. We always make it a priority to keep up with the latest happenings with the market and the community, and to keep you guys in the know about it. 
 
This process also has a lot of moving parts and factors, so we take it very seriously to make sure you guys are fully informed about everything. You should never ever feel like you’re bothering us if you have questions and want to hit us up.
